Policy
Deposit: For the new client and also who failed to show up for the appointment, we generally require a $20 deposit which will goes towards to your appointment. This is to secure booking and is refundable or can be credited towards to next appointment if you need to reschedule. Note that 24hr cancelation policy still applies.
Cancelation: If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact directly by phone or facebook at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Your deposit can either be refunded or credited towards your next booking. No-shows and last-minute reschedule or cancellations will incur a 100% deposit as cancellation fee.
Warranty: Here at Miranda Lashes, we strive to offer the best service possible. However, if we do not perform treatments or services to meet your expectations, please contact the salon within 48 hours of your treatment so that we are able to assist you with any of your concerns as quickly as possible.
